This service is suitable for customers who already acquired LC-MS data using NovaMT HP-CIL Metabolomics Platform. It is compatible with data acquired by high-resolution mass spectrometer (e.g., TOF, QTOF, FT-MS or Orbitrap). IsoMS Pro software will be used for interpretation of the LC-MS data. The software supports data collected by instruments from different vendors (Agilent, Bruker, Thermo Fisher and Waters).
This all-in-one package includes three major components that cover general metabolomics data analysis pipeline: data processing, metabolite identification and common statistical analyses. Customers can also choose one or more services according to their needs. A comprehensive analysis report will be generated to for various purposes.
Data processing service extracts metabolite information from raw LC-MS data and generates a metabolite-quantities table containing information on the metabolites and their relative concentrations.
Metabolite identification service performs identification based on the metabolite-quantities table generated from data processing with NovaMT’s three-tiered metabolite identification databases.
In statistical analysis service, common statistical analyses may be performed or presented, including univariate analysis (e.g., t-test, ANOVA, volcano plot), multivariate analysis (PCA, PLS-DA), heatmap, box plots of selected metabolites, etc.
Instruction for data uploading will be provided. More discussions on the project objectives and sample information may be required.
